 er venue of Midweek Crisis!\n\nJoin us at Bar Shaffy\, a lovely bar locate
 d right next to the Vijzelgracht metro station - just walk in\, get a drin
 k\, meet fellow expats and make new international friends! We basically ha
 ve the whole bar for us!\n\nThe venue offers good (and reasonably priced) 
 drinks and snacks. You can find the menu here.\n\nSee you all there!\n\nWH
 O ARE WE\n\nWe're a group of locals and immigrants/expats intending to sta
 y in Amsterdam long-term. We keep the number of attendees low to create a 
 more intimate atmosphere.\n\n​We aim to create a small\, close-knit\, and 
 welcoming environment where it's easy to make friends / good conversation\
 , and you're always looking forward to the next event. As such\, we do not
  tolerate any sexism\, racism\, homophobia\, harassment or creepy/inapprop
 riate behavior at our events.\n\nRSVP POLICY\n\nPlease only RSVP if you ar
 e sure you can come. If you have signed up for the event but can't make it
 \, please set yourself to "Not Going" by editing your RSVP. If you are lis
 ted as Going and then don't show multiple times\, you may be removed from 
 the group.\n\nIf the event is already at full capacity\, you will be put o
 n the waitlist. You may be picked from the waitlist if more spots open up\
 , so keep an eye on your Meetup notifications.\n\nPlease remember that the
