 nt sewing projects\, brag about new techniques learned\, and lament about 
 challenges faced. If you are new to sewing\, there will be plenty of suppo
 rt from us. Our group primarily enjoys garment sewing\, but all fiber arts
  are welcome.\n\nUnlike the other meetups\, this one is intentionally sche
 duled during the day to accommodate retired people and those with a more f
 lexible day schedule. We typically meet the second Wednesdays of the month
  at 1:30pm.\n\nIf you would like to share your makes with the group\, feel
  free to bring your project\, pattern(s) used\, or new favorite sewing too
 l - anything project-related is fair game. Add a comment in the invite if 
 you'd like to give a demo or request one.\n\nAll levels of sewing knowledg
 e are welcomed. More than anything\, this is an opportunity to socialize a
 nd enjoy sewing related chat without the risk of an acquaintance asking yo
 u to hem their pants! \;)
