 stricted to club members who have paid $15 for a 12-month membership. Howe
 ver\, if you would like to try one or two walks before committing yourself
  to a paid membership\, you do have that option. (You’d still need to pay 
 $1.00 for each walk.) For more information about our club and/or to reques

 . In the subject line of your email\, write MEETUP.\n\nWalkers will regist
 er (sign in) at the start point between 9:30 am and 9:55 am. The walk will
  start at 10 am sharp. Please be on time\; we do not accommodate latecomer
 s.\n\nPlease note: Although the number of attendees indicated on this page
  may appear low\, be assured that you will be walking with many club membe
 rs who have not RSVP’d. We rarely have fewer than 15 participants at any o
 f our walks.\n\nRoute Description:\nWalk goes through residential areas an
 d Memorial South Park. We will also walk through Mountain View Cemetery (“
 Where Vancouver Remembers”) - opened in 1886. Some famous Canadians are bu
 ried here. We will see the main part of the cemetery and the Jewish\, Japa
 nese and Chinese parts of the cemetery. For the 10K\, there is an option t
 o walk outside of the cemetery.\n\nWalkers will register (sign in) at the 
 start point between 9:30 am and 9:55 am. The walk will start at 10:00 am s
 harp. Please be on time\; we do not wait for latecomers.\n\nImmediately fo
 llowing the walk\, you may wish to join some of your fellow club members a
 t the nearby lunch venue.\n\nNOTE: Once you have RSVP’d\, our Meetup site 
 will always show your status as “Unpaid”. This is not a cause for concern.
  The $1.00 participation fee for the walk is paid at the start point and t
 o save us some work\, we will not be recording on Meetup that you have pai
