 \\\nThis weekly gathering is for all levels (beginner to advance) badminto
 n players.\nNo outside food allowed.\nThis event is for the purpose of pla
 ying friendly double games and for all levels of players from beginner to 
 advance. Please do not use this as an opportunity to do training and singl
 es games.\nAttendance in effect -please give at least 24hr notice in advan
 ce for cancelation so others may have time to react. Late show and no-show
 s maybe permanently removed from group and unable to rejoin.\nOnly registe
 red members can participate\; visitors are not permitted. If you wish to p
 articipate\, please register as a member first\, and then view the event d
 etails and participation instructions.\n\n\\\\\\ ⚠️⚠️⚠️\nTo ensure efficie
 nt use of event slots\, all registered participants must confirm their att
 endance with the group administrator by the specified deadline (if there i
 s a waitlist).\n\nIf attendance is not confirmed within 72 hours of the ev
 ent start time\, or if you are absent\, your slot may be reassigned to a c
 andidate on the waitlist or a new member. This rule aims to ensure fairnes
 s and maximize the participation opportunity for all members. Since the ve
 nue cost is shared by all confirmed participants\, those who do not attend
  must notify the administrator before the deadline. Failure to notify the 
 administrator by the deadline will result in payment of the venue cost. Th
 ank you for your understanding. Please note: Failure to pay the venue cost
  will result in removal from membership.\n\nSlot allocation is based on th
 e order of candidate responses. To ensure fairness and better coordination
 \, when a registered candidate cancels their slot\, the administrator will
  send a notification to all candidates individually each time slots open. 
 Due to limited slots\, slots will be allocated on a first-come\, first-ser
 ved basis according to the response time.\n\nPlease be sure to notify the 
 administrator 24 hours before the event start time if you need to cancel. 
 Late cancellations will require payment of the venue cost. Thank you for y
