 This is the perfect chance to meet fellow local book lovers\, grab a coffe
 e\, and go home with something new.\n\nNo chaotic free-for-alls! We’ve all
  been to swaps where the first people through the door grab all the best t
 itles (non-fiction). To keep things completely fair\, we are using a custo
 m-built "Lucky Draw" web app to run the event. Here is how it works:\n\n🎟️
  How the Swap Works\n\n1. See the Dashboard: I recommend you to register o

 oks into our digital event dashboard so everyone can see what’s available 
 in the pool.\n2. Build Your Wishlist: Browse the dashboard on your phone/w
 eb. For every book you brought\, you get to select 3 books for your wishli
 st! (e.g.\, Bring 2 books\, put 6 on your wishlist).\n3. The Lucky Draw: O
 nce everyone has built their wishlists\, the app runs a fair\, automated l
 ottery. If multiple people want the same bestseller\, the app picks a rand
 om winner and immediately checks the backup choices for everyone else.\n4.
  The Guarantee: You will never go home empty-handed! If you miss out on yo
 ur wishlist picks\, the app will automatically assign you a "Mystery Book"
  from the leftover pool.\n\n🌟 The "Rule of 3" (and Donations!)\n\nTo make 
 sure there are enough great books to go around\, we cap the winnings at 3 
 books per person.\n\nBring 1 book = Win 1 book (Pick 3 for your wishlist)\
 nBring 2 books = Win 2 books (Pick 6 for your wishlist)\nBring 3 books = W
 in 3 books (Pick 9 for your wishlist)\n\nWant to bring more than 3? Please
  do! If you bring 5\, 10\, or 20 books to clear out your house\, you will 
 still take home a maximum of 3 books. Any extra books you bring act as com
 munity donations. They fuel the "Mystery Book" pool and ensure everyone wa
