 s for 4 hours followed by dinner\nHigh grade shuttles\n£17 (bank transfer)
  - for the Clash\nPay as you go for the dinner\n\nYou must have played at 
 least one session in the past 3 months to join this event.\n\nThe pool of 
 players who signed up will be organized into 4 Clans. Clans will go up aga
 inst each other in a round robin format. Clan rank will be determined by a
  hierarchy of total wins\, games\, and points. Winning Clan will get a pri
 ze.\n\nAfter the Clash\, we will be having dinner out. Please let the orga
 niser know if you cannot make the dinner.\n\nCancellations < 24 hours befo
 re the event will be penalized the full fee. Please message organizer via 
 WhatsApp for late cancellations or for potential slots.\n\nFree parking wi
 thin the school when the gate is open. If the gate is closed\, please find
  parking around the area.\n\nNote that the School will be opening and clos
 ing the gate 10 minutes before and 10 minutes after the beginning and end 
 of the session. If you are locked out\, please contact the organizers or o
 ther members to help let you in.\n\nPhotographs and video recordings may b
 e made during the session. Signing up to the session would include consent
  for these recordings to be made and used by the club on its social media 
 and other platforms.\n\nDO NOT PLAY if you have fever\, cough\, colds\, or
  other respiratory symptoms.
