 n. A beer costs between 3 and 5 euros. Casual dress is required: no flip f
 lops\, beach shorts or gym gear please.\n\nSTARTING TIME: Girls at 19.45h.
  Guys at 20.00h\nHow does the event work?\n\nWelcome → Guests arrive and r
 egister. Hosts welcome you. You will receive a sticker to write your name 
 and stick it on your chest. This will help to remember all names. You will
  also have a pen and a sheet of paper just exclusively for you where you n
 eed to write the names of all the dates you will have and comments just fo
 r yourself. You may find in the sheet the number or letter of the table yo
 u need to sit at the beginning. Go to the waiting area that the organizers
  will tell you. At the end of the event it is important that you scan the 
 first QR CODE on your sheet and there will have to fill in your contact in
 formation: name\, phone number\, instagram\, mail... and the name of the t
 hree people you like the most (It is a good idea to write all the names in
  the sheet as long as we are having the dates\, and at the end just crosse
 d out all except for the 3 we like the most). In the form we will also app
 reciate your feedback either good or negative to improve the event. You ca
 n grab a drink\, nip the loo and relax in the indicated area. We ask the g
 irls to come 15 minutes earlier than guys to start sitting them. In genera
 l we organise two or three groups divided by age range\, but it depends on
  the number of participants. During the rounds a waiter/waitress will come
  just in case you need a refill!\nIcebreaker activity → Depending on the d
 ay we have an ice-breaker activity for each group which consists in answer
 ing questions to start getting to know all participants.\nRounds Begin → E
 ach participant has a mini-date (7 minutes) with another person. You may f
 ind ice breaker questions on the table in case you need them to help start
  enthralling conversations.\nRotation → At the signal (host announcement o
 r gong)\, the guys move to the next partner. The rotation is always follow
 ing the order of the numbers or letters you will find on the table: A\,B\,
 C\,D\,E\,F... 1\,2\,3\,4\,5\,6... When you get to the last number you will
  jump to the first one. Same with letters. Boys will be stand up 30 second
 s to take notes and girls will remain sitting in same position.\nHalf-brea
 k → There is no half-break but if you want to pause\, just ask the host if
  you can skip a round of 7 minutes so you can order drinks or food\, go to
  the can or just relax at the garden.\nEnd of Rounds → At the end we usual
 ly gather at the garden to have a drink. Like this you still have time to 
 talk to people and make your decision.\nFill the sheet → Participants indi
 cate who they’d like to see again. Maximum 3 names. It is important to sca
 n the first QR code in your sheet to fill the form. We could increase the 
 number of names voted but here we are looking for the real sparkle. You ca
 n vote until monday at 18h!\nResults → On tuesday in the morning\, the org
 anizer shares mutual matches privately after the event by Meetup message o
 r mail. Please check your SPAM FOLDER. If you get a match\, you will recei
 ve your match's contact information.\n\nIn order to create a good atmosphe
 re it's very important that in your profile you have a clear picture of yo
 u. If you do not have a picture of yourself\, you will be kindly moved to 
 waiting list. Even if you see waiting list try to get enrolled as I Will b
 e accepting to keep a balance men/women. It helps to create a better ambie
 nce.\nIf you get enrolled and pay and in the end you can not make it\, ple
 ase inform us before the last 48 hours of the event. Otherwise you won't e

 nde escribirás los nombres de tus citas y tus comentarios personales.\nEn 
 la hoja podrás tener el número o letra de la mesa donde deberás iniciar el
  juego. Ves a la zona de espera indicada por los organizadores.\n\nAl fina
 l del evento es muy importante escanear el primer QR de tu hoja para relle
 nar el formulario con tu:\n\nnombre\nnúmero de teléfono\nInstagram\ncorreo
  electrónico\nlos tres nombres de las personas que más te han gustado\n\n(
 Es buena idea escribir todos los nombres durante las citas y al final tach
 ar todos excepto los 3 que más te gusten.)\nEn ese formulario también pued
 es dejar tu feedback para mejorar el evento.\nMientras esperas puedes pedi
 r una bebida\, ir al baño y relajarte en la zona indicada.\nPedimos a las 
 chicas que lleguen 15 minutos antes para poder sentarlas antes de que lleg
 uen los chicos.\nGeneralmente organizamos dos o tres grupos por rangos de 
 edad\, dependiendo del número de participantes.\nDurante las rondas\, un c
 amarero pasará por si necesitáis pedir algo.\n\n\n\nActividad para romper 
 el hielo\n\nDependiendo del día\, hacemos una actividad para romper el hie
 lo que consiste en contestar una serie de preguntas por grupos que sirven 
 para conocer un poco más las diferentes personas antes de empezar las rond
 as de speed dating.\n\nInicio de rondas\n\nCada participante tiene una min
 i-cita de 7 minutos con otra persona. Podrás encontrar preguntas para romp
 er el hielo en la mesa que podrás usar si tu deseas para empezar una buena
  conversación.\n\nRotación\n\nA la señal del anfitrión (campana o gong)\, 
 los chicos se mueven a la siguiente mesa.\nLa rotación es siempre siguiend
 o el orden de los números o letras que se encontrarán en las diferentes me
 sas: A\,B\,C\,D\,E\,F... 1\,2\,3\,4\,5\,6.... Al llegar a la última letra\
 , se irá hacía la primera. Lo mismo aplica con los números.\nLos chicos se
  levantan 30 segundos para tomar notas\; las chicas permanecen sentadas.\n
 \nPausa\n\nNo hay pausa general\, pero si quieres descansar una ronda de 7
  minutos\, puedes pedir al anfitrión saltarte una ronda para pedir bebida\
 , comida\, ir al baño o relajarte en el jardín.\n\nFin de rondas\n\nAl ter
 minar\, normalmente nos reunimos en el jardín para tomar algo. Así puedes 
 seguir hablando y tomar tu decisión final.\n\nRellenar la hoja\n\nIndica l
 os nombres de máximo 3 personas que te gustaría volver a ver.\nEscanea el 
 primer QR y rellena el formulario. Podríamos ampliar a más nombres pero aq
 uí realmente estamos buscando la chispa real\, por eso el límite es de 3 n
 ombres máximo a votar. Tenéis hasta el lunes a las 18h para votar.\n\nResu
 ltados\n\nEl martes por la mañana\, el organizador enviará los matches mut
 uos de forma privada por mensaje de Meetup o correo\, por favor revisar la
  bandeja de SPAM.\nSi tienes un match\, recibirás la información de contac
 to de esa persona.\n\n\n\nNormas importantes\n\nEs fundamental que en tu p
 erfil tengas una foto clara de ti.\nSi no tienes foto\, te moveremos a la 
 lista de espera.\nAunque veas lista de espera\, apúntate igualmente: ajust
 amos para mantener equilibrio chicos/chicas.\nSi te inscribes y pagas pero
  no puedes venir\, debes informarnos 48 horas antes del evento.\nEn caso c
 ontrario\, no habrá reembolso ni cambio de fecha.\nDebes respetar el códig
 o de conducta estándar y la educación con todo el mundo. La organización s
 e reserva el derecho de expulsar del evento inmediatamente a quién esté in
 cumpliendo las normas. Si algún participante detecta algún comportamiento 
 sospechoso de otro\, por favor\, que informe en seguida a alguno de los or
