  people going\n\nAn approx. 11.5-mile walk starting from the car park at W
 atergrove Reservoir\, Wardle\, near Rochdale. Having walked part-way round
  the reservoir\, we pick up the Pennine Bridleway\, then the Rochdale Way 
 and finally the Rossendale Way\, heading down to the spectacular\, tree-li
 ned\, deep valley of Healey Dell. We pass through Healey Dell before headi
 ng back uphill to Cowm Reservoir. From Cowm\, we head down into Whitworth\
 , and then uphill and round Brown Wardle and Middle Hills before returning
  to Watergrove Reservoir and our cars.
