 sider the following:\n\n1. Comfortable Clothing\nMoisture-wicking fabrics:
  Avoid cotton\, as it traps moisture and causes chafing. Instead\, choose 
 clothing made from materials like polyester\, nylon\, or merino wool\, whi
 ch keep you dry.\nComfortable socks: Opt for moisture-wicking socks with c
 ushioning to reduce the risk of blisters.\n\n2. Proper Footwear\nWell-fitt
 ing shoes: Ensure your shoes are properly broken in and provide enough sup
 port\, especially if you're walking long distances. Sturdy hiking or walki
 ng shoes with good arch support are ideal.\nBlister prevention: Consider b
