 useum in Flushing Meadow Park\n\nJoin us for a 6.5-mile urban walk connect
 ing several of Queens’ most beautiful parks\, including Willow Lake\, Mead
 ow Lake\, Flushing Meadows Corona Park\, and Kissena Park. We’ll enjoy nat
 ure\, local history\, and good company while discovering hidden gems in th
 e city. A great way to stay active and experience the outdoors without lea
 ving New York City.\n\nThis walk is an opportunity to enjoy gentle exercis
 e\, fresh morning air\, and good company while discovering one of New York
  City’s hidden woodland gems.\n\nWe will discuss all things Appalachian Mo
 untain Club as well as relevant activity related topics such as Leave No T
 race. The route may be modified at the guide's discretion should it be nec
 essary. Please be prepared to be outside in the Earth's elements for three
  hours and dress according for the activity and anticipated weather.\n\nPl
 ease bring water\, food\, sun hat\, sun screen\, insect repellent\, sturdy
  footwear\, as well as any other items you need to be safe and comfortable
