 k ten people what "AI" means and you will get ten different answers\, and 
 most of them will assume it's an LLM. These misconceptions might look quit
 e innocent\, but in reality they are expensive. If we don't understand wha
 t AI is and the different types of AI that exist\, we cannot pick the righ
 t solution to our business problems. Reaching for an LLM when a classic\, 
 auditable model would have done the job better is definitely not the best 
 move when it comes to AI strategy...\n\nThis talk is about demystifying wh
 at AI actually is. We will go over a classification of the different types
  of AI\, where LLMs and agentic AI fit in that picture\, and the differenc
 e between deterministic and non-deterministic models. I'll also walk throu
 gh real use cases where an LLM is not the most suitable solution\, and a s
