 T NOTE: These events will fill up on a regular basis. We may or may not be
  able to accommodate everyone on any given weekend\, and there will often 
 be a waiting list on the event. Please be courteous and update your respon
 ses if your plans change\, so you're not taking up someone's seat.\n\nThe 
 minimum age for a paddler is 14 years old.\n\nThe new member boat will mee
 t up at the big blue tent in front of the Miami Rowing Club building\, pro
 mptly at the scheduled start time. Our coaches will then go over the basic
 s of dragon boating with you on land\, do some basic stretches and then we
  will get on the dragon boat and learn by doing! No previous experience is
  required. Puff provides life vests\, seat cushions and paddles. We recomm
 end bringing a bottle of water or sport drink\, and wearing sun screen and
  clothing suitable for exercise and getting wet. Sunglasses\, gloves and h
 at are worn by most of our paddlers as well but are not required. Practice
  lasts roughly 2 hours including land talk\, loading\, and putting boats a
 way.\n\nIf you do not see a large number of attendees\, don't worry. Our m
 ember's only practice is right before the new member boat and veterans joi
 n the practice to teach and encourage you on your first dragon boat experi

 times we grab lunch afterward at The Daily or other spots\, you are welcom
 e to join us.\n\nDirections: As you're coming in towards Key Biscayne\, ta
 ke the double left turn lanes going toward the Marine Stadium. Take a righ
 t and go through the big parking lot to the smaller gated lot at the Rowin
 g Club. From the parking lot\, you'll see the blue tent meeting area. If y
 ou're early and you don't see us\, it's because we're still on the water f
 rom our previous practice.\n\nAlso note that some GPSs will send you past 
 the entrance\, to U-turn at a traffic light\, and turn into another gate w
 hich is locked. This is based on a special event traffic pattern that is v
