  the 30th\, which is a coffee social where I will make sure everyone is in
 cluded in the conversation and feels welcome :)\n\nYou've probably heard t
 he phrase "a problem shared is a problem halved" and you intuitively know 
 that getting things which are bothering you off your chest puts you in a b
 etter mood for socialising.\n\nThe format of this social is\, therefore\, 
 to first take turns calling out of current fears and challenges in a suppo
 rtive and non-judgemental space\, and then to allow the conversation to un
 fold in the way it's supposed to.\n\nSince I coach people on overcoming so
 cial anxiety and building confidence speaking\, I will encourage but never
  pressure you to be present within the group and speak when you feel the i
 mpulse to speak without interrupting others.\n\nThe outcome of this event 
 is that you will feel more secure in yourself when joining conversations\,
  you will feel less held back by your current challenges and you might mak
 e a new friend or two :)\n\nThe Meetup will take place in Café Mal\, which
  is at the front of the Mailbox (side closest to New Street Station) which
  is underneath the main bar in the Malmaison.\n\nAlso\, feel free to bring
  a friend along with you and let's make it a good experience!\n\nIf this s
