  people going\n\nWhale Watching Day!!!Southern Migration: Watson’s Bay to 
 Maroubra 18 km (Medium)\n\nWe ferry from Circular Quay to Watsons Bay and 
 commence our walk out of South Head\, and along the Federation walk\, navi
 gating Diamond Bay and Dover Heights before dropping down to North Bondi.\
 n\nLeaving Bondi Beach behind\, we strike out for Tamarrama and Bronte\, w
 here we stop for a nice lunch break of 45 minutes.\n\nFollowing lunch we h
 ead for Maroubra via Clovelly and Coogee Beaches. We stop at Mistral Point
  before marching into Maroubra where we will invade the Maroubra Seals Clu
 b for a tasty beer (and food if desired - its pretty tasty\, I have to say
 !)\, before grabbing a bus back to the City.\n\nThe ocean front scenery on
  this walk is stunning!\n\nHopefully we will spot Humpback whales during t
 he day\; it is likely that we will.\n\nWe should arrive at Maroubra by abo
 ut 4:00pm.\n\nOh\, please make sure you bring photo ID\, to gain entrance 
 to the Maroubra Seals Club.\n\nDistance: 18 km\n\nType of Walk: This wonde
 rful walk is water\, water\, all the way! Almost the entire walk is along 
 ocean front promenades.\n\nDifficulty: Medium\, because of the distance. I
 f you are unsure about the distance but would like to test yourself this i
 s a walk for you: there are plenty of get-out points.\n\nWalking Pace: We 
 will maintain a steady pace all day and average 4.5 km per hour.\n\nMeetin
 g Place and Transport: We catch the Watsons Bay Ferry from Circular Quay W
 harf 2. The Ferry leaves Circular Quay at 9:45 am and arrives at Watsons B
 ay at 10:08am. Transport back from Maroubra is by bus\; it is a high frequ
 ency service.\n\nWhat to bring: Trail runners/boots or trainers\; 1.5 litr
 es of water\, refill available along the way\; hydrolytes\; one snack and 
 one lunch\; light rain jacket depending on conditions\; sunscreen and a ca
 p or hat with a wide brim. LUNCH CAN BE PURCHASED AT BRONTE.\n\nSuggested
