 the complexity of mind to the simplicity of heart. Everything starts with 
 the heart. When the heart is at peace\, the mind is at rest. When the hear
 t is content\, the mind gains insight\, clarity and wisdom.\n\nOur group i
 n Stockholm usually has 5-20 meditators every Sunday. We are using Meetup 
 to reach out to new people who would like to try Heartfulness. This means 
 that there will always be people coming to the meditation even if MeetUp s
