  people going\n\nHi everyone!\n\nFor 2026 we will be charging for attendan
 ce to cover Meetup fees. Your first event each year is free\, then all fut
 ure events are £1 each or £5 for the remainder of the year (via cash or Pa
 yPal). If you bring a game you do not need to pay the fee. The fee will al
 so cover our drinks Meetup events\, you do not need to donate to both.\n\n
 Once we have covered our share of the Meetup fees we will use the funds to
  buy new games/snacks. If this charge prohibits you from coming along plea
 se drop me a message.\n\nVegetarian and Vegan Board game evenings are the 
 first Monday of the month (unless it's a bank holiday) at the Greenbank pu
 b in Easton.\n\nMost people tend to arrive around 18:00\, order food/drink
 s\, chat etc. games start approx 18:15. If you can't arrive before the gam
 es begin\, we are happy for you to arrive whenever you can as long as you 
 are happy to sit and watch if you can't be added into the game(s) in progr
 ess.\n\nPlease bring your own games if you have some\, it's great to have 
 new/different ones available.\n\nIf you choose to eat\, please only consum
 e vegetarian or vegan food at the event out of respect for others. Alcohol
  and food consumption is entirely optional but expect both to be consumed 
 by others.\n\nPlease let us know if you have any other questions.
