 h their move.\nOur main task will be carrying boxes and moving cartons fro
 m the apartment to a moving van. Some heavier items will also need to be m
 oved\, but these can be handled by volunteers who feel comfortable with he
 avier lifting. A reasonable level of physical fitness is recommended for t
