 g sword and buckler\, a messer\, a dagger\, a spear\, a poleaxe and tradit
 ional wrestling\, to name just a few.\nIf you are interested in Historical
  European Martial Arts and would like to participate\, please feel free to

  comfortable workout clothing\,\n2) good shoes\,\n3) enough water to stay 
 hydrated and sufficient sun protection in the summer. The clubhouse has wa

 ear for your first practice. Einhorn LA has student gear\, including a lar
 ge variety of training swords\, gloves\, masks\, chest protectors and more

 mediate and advanced students learn to build upon the basics to achieve th
