  words make an impact!\n\nA﻿genda of the evening:\n\nWelcome and Introduct
 ions: The Toastmaster of the Day (TMOD) often opens the meeting\, who welc
 omes everyone and introduces the meeting's theme or agenda. The TMOD also 
 introduces the key roles and functionaries for that session.\n\nPrepared S
 peeches: A significant portion of the meeting is dedicated to prepared spe
 eches. Members working through various projects in the Toastmasters educat
 ion program deliver speeches based on their chosen projects. Each speech i
 s evaluated by a designated evaluator who provides feedback on strengths a
 nd areas for improvement.\n\nTable Topics: Table Topics is a segment where
  impromptu speaking skills are tested. The Table Topics Master presents a 
 series of short\, unprepared speaking challenges or questions\, and member
 s or guests are invited to come to the podium and give a brief\, improvise
 d response.\n\nEvaluations: Following the prepared speeches and Table Topi
 cs\nsegment\, evaluators provide constructive feedback to speakers. These 
 evaluations focus on content\, delivery\, body language\, and time managem
 ent. The goal is to help speakers improve their speaking skills.\n\nReport
 s and Functionary Roles: The meeting may include various functionary roles
 \, such as the Timer\, Grammarian\, Ah-Counter\, and others\, who report o
 n their observations and contributions to the session. These roles help me
 mbers improve their language and time management skills.\n\nGeneral Evalua
 tor: The General Evaluator provides an overall assessment of the meeting\,
  highlighting what went well and offering suggestions for improvement. The
 y may also evaluate the evaluators' performance.\n\nAwards and Recognition
 s: Toastmasters sessions often conclude with awards and recognitions\, inc
 luding the Best Speaker\, Best Evaluator\, and Best Table Topics Speaker. 
 These awards encourage members to strive for excellence in their speaking 
 and leadership abilities.\n\nClosing: The meeting concludes with closing r
 emarks from the Toastmaster of the Day\, who may express gratitude to part
 icipants and encourage them to continue their Toastmasters journey.\n\nNet
 working and Socialising: After the formal meeting\, members and guests oft
 en have the opportunity to network\, socialise\, and discuss their experie
