 er FC\n\nEach session features six carefully balanced teams\, with conside
 ration given to player ability\, fitness\, positional fit\, and on-field c
 hemistry.\nHudson River FC is a close-knit NYC football community made up 
 of current and former professionals\, MLS NEXT Pro players\, collegiate at
 hletes\, and experienced high-level players. Our sessions are designed to 
 help players sharpen their technical skills\, maintain match fitness\, and
  compete in a fast-paced\, good football IQ environment. Coaching\, feedba
 ck\, and mentorship are provided throughout the season to support player d
