DESCRIPTION:Saved in Palaner as: saved\n\nPalaner match: 24% · why: lots of
  people going\n\nAn 11.5-mile walk starting from the car park at Watergrov
 e Reservoir\, Wardle\, near Rochdale. Having walked part-way round the res
 ervoir\, we pick up the Pennine Bridleway\, then the Rochdale Way and fina
 lly the Rossendale Way\, heading down to the spectacular\, tree-lined\, de
 ep valley of Healey Dell. We pass through Healey Dell before heading back 
 uphill to Cowm Reservoir. From Cowm\, we head down into Whitworth\, and th
 en uphill and round Brown Wardle and Middle Hills before returning to Wate
 rgrove Reservoir and our cars.\n\nWell-behaved dogs welcome (but should be
  kept on a lead).\n\nThe suggested donation for non-Ramblers Association (
 RA) members is £2 to cover Meetup costs.\n\nPlease note that we restrict t
 he number of places available on Meetup as (unlike other Meetup groups) we
  have a significant number of Ramblers who attend our walks and we ask the
 m not to register as attending via this app. We would\, therefore\, respec
 tfully request that you do not reserve a place on any walk unless you are 
 sure that you will attend.\n\nAlternatively\, why not join us and be a par
 t of the Ramblers Association for a small annual subscription? Membership 
 guarantees a place on all 'Hike on Lancashire' walks and ensures priority
